(Twemes is or was an aggregator of Twitter #hash tags.  If you included a tag such as #evomlit in your Twitter post it would aggregate to your Twemes URL such as that given above.  Now this functionality has been overtaken by http://summize.com which was in turn overtaken by Twitter and built into its Search.  Although Twemes no longer works, people still use #tags to flag posts on Twitter).
